The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee the contractual and operational aspects of the sales process. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing all contractual agreements with clients, including document updates and revisions
Tracking client status from agreement issuance to deal completion
Monitoring sales performance and maintaining accurate data in internal systems
Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders
Drafting and proofreading professional documents as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in sales operations – a strong advantage
Legal background (LL.B or prior legal experience) – preferred
Excellent writing and drafting skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce – an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and work independently
Problem-solving mindset and a service-oriented approach
